Terms of Service

RankMENA provides search engine optimization (SEO) services on a monthly subscription basis. The specific deliverables depend on the plan you select at checkout.

Plans have a minimum term of three (3) months. After the initial term, the subscription continues month-to-month until cancelled. You may cancel anytime after the initial term.

A one-time setup fee applies to all plans, plus the monthly plan fee, billed in your local currency. Card plans renew automatically; local-debit customers receive a monthly payment link.

Search rankings depend on factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms. RankMENA does not guarantee any specific ranking or position. We do commit to transparent work and reporting, and to our 90-day measurable-movement promise as described at checkout.

You grant RankMENA limited, revocable access to your Google Business Profile, website and relevant accounts for the purpose of performing the services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

Content and assets we create for you remain yours. You retain ownership of your website, listings and accounts at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankMENA's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three (3) months. We are not liable for pre-existing issues with your website or listings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which your RankMENA entity is registered. This document is a draft pending legal review.
