Refund & Cancellation Policy

The one-time AI onboarding fee covers work performed at the start (48-hour AI deep audit, Google Business Profile setup, tracking and dashboard setup, first optimizations). It is non-refundable once that work has begun.

Monthly fees pay for that month's work. Because SEO work is delivered continuously through the month, monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has started.

Plans have a 3-month minimum term. You can cancel anytime after the initial term with no penalty; your service continues until the end of the paid period.

If there is no measurable improvement in your tracked metrics (technical health score, indexed pages, search impressions, or AI-visibility mentions) within 30 days of active work, we continue working at no additional monthly charge until measurable improvement is shown. Tracked metrics are defined in your onboarding and visible in your dashboard.
